Bakray Ka Shahi Gosht





Ingredients: 

  • meat 1 kg (mutton)
  • finely chopped onion 2 medium
  • tomato puree 1 cup
  •  yogurt 1 cup
  •  kewra water 2 tbs
  •  green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  •  garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  •  red chilli powder 1 tsp (leveled)
  •  salt (your choice)
  •  1/4 tsp mace
  •  1/4 tsp nutmeg
  •  1 tbs ginger & garlic paste
  •  1/2 cup full fat milk powder
  •  1/2 cup cream
  •  1/2 cup oil 


HOW TO COOK Bakray Ka Shahi Gosht



1) Marinate 1 kg meat with salt,  ginger, red chilli & garlic, tomato puree, yogurt mix cover and keep for 35 minutes.


2) Heat oil then add the onions fry till gets light golden, Next add meat with the marination add water two large glass mix wait for a boil.
3) Cover and cook on low to medium heat till the meat is cooked properly and water dries.
4) Next flame on high add milk powder and cook for 6 to 8 minutes keep stirring.
5)Add cream, nutmeg, garam masala, mace, green cardamom powder, mix well cover and simmer for 7 minutes on low flame.
6)Add kewra water mix.
7)Serve hot with little garnishing.
