Beef ki Handi
Ingredients of Beef ki Handi
- Boiled Beef ½ kg
- Ghee 1 cup
- Sliced Onion 2
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1-1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 Green cardamoms
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 tsp Black cumin seeds
- ½ kg Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Green chilies 6
- (chopped) Handful green coriander
How To Cook Beef ki Handi
- Take a pot (clay), add oil/ghee and fried onion until golden brown. Remove onion blend with yogurt.
- In same oil/ghee saute ginger garlic paste next add red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, green cardamoms, cumin seeds & bay leaves.
- The time aroma comes add tomato and cook, Next add boiled beef along yogurt .
- Cook for 30-35 minutes. At the time gravy gets thickness add green chilies ,garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Serve with Roti , Naan or Paratha.
