Ingredients of Beef ki Handi


  • Boiled Beef ½ kg
  •  Ghee 1 cup
  • Sliced Onion 2
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1-1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 Green cardamoms
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 tsp Black cumin seeds
  •  ½ kg Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Green chilies 6
  • (chopped) Handful green coriander 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

How To Cook Beef ki Handi

  • Take a pot (clay), add oil/ghee  and fried onion until golden brown. Remove onion blend with yogurt.
  • In same oil/ghee saute ginger garlic paste next add red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder,  green cardamoms, cumin seeds & bay leaves.
  • The time aroma comes add tomato and cook, Next add boiled beef along yogurt .
  • Cook for 30-35 minutes. At the time gravy gets thickness add green chilies ,garam masala and coriander leaves.
  • Serve with Roti , Naan or Paratha.
