Chicken Corn Soup (Winter special)
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken (Half kg)
- Beaten egg(1)
- Corn flour 4 1/2 teaspoon (mix in little water)
- Chicken stock (3 and half Cups)
- Maize boiled (half)
- Slat (according to your taste)
- Black paper (according to your taste)
- 1 litter water
- Carrot (one peeled)
- Onion ( 1 medium size )
- Green chili
- Sweetcorn 1-1/2 cup
How to cook Chicken Corn Soup (Winter special)
(Make soup always on a medium or low flame )
------->Heat chicken stock and water
------->Add chicken, maize , onion (full dont cut it) and carrot to it
-------> Cover with lid and cook for almost 10-15 minutes
------->Bring the vegetable out and discard
------->Add white pepper, salt, black pepper and sweet corn to soup stock
------->Add in corn flour mixture into it while stirring very slowly in one side
-------> Let it gently simmer until it become thickens.
------->On very low flame add in one beaten egg while stirring.
------->Add chicken, maize , onion (full dont cut it) and carrot to it
-------> Cover with lid and cook for almost 10-15 minutes
------->Bring the vegetable out and discard
------->Add white pepper, salt, black pepper and sweet corn to soup stock
------->Add in corn flour mixture into it while stirring very slowly in one side
-------> Let it gently simmer until it become thickens.
------->On very low flame add in one beaten egg while stirring.
For garnishing and more taste spread green chili, spring onion , little peeled carrot , and maize on it
Note:Recipe is for 5 to 6 people
