Health and safety Tips in Winter

It’s winter season, and the lifestyle is changed for our skin, hair and whole body health.
                  
Cold wind, dry air, and chilly outside can really do a damage for our body. Heated room in side houses and snow, fog and chilly weather out side.In this kind of situation, difficult for our body to adjust properly.So many people faces too many problems in this circumstances.

  • Eat Broccoli, grains, nuts, seeds and vegetable skins
  • Include fiber in your daily diet (fruit and vegetables)
  • Drink 500+ml of water before breakfast
  • Eat fresh foods
  • Take herbal tea , Green tea, Qahwa , Soup
  • Vitamin D (Walk in sun light)
  • Use sugar not more than 5 teas spoon per day
  • Eat Yogurt
  • Regularly milk drinks
  • Six hour plus sleep
  • Drink plenty of water all day
Safety Tips in Winter: 
  • Drive carefully (slippery roads)
  • Turn off heater at night
  • Avoid wet clothes
