Here is a quick weight loss diet plan for those who want to loss weight in fast way. Follow every Step according to plan  and at the end of 1st week we are sure you will loss almost 3-5 kg and  it will be become more fast in week 2.    


                                                                                                                                                                   


Diet from Monday to Wednesday

                       

                                                                                 
Morning one glass of warm water with lemon and honey with empty stomach and do a little workout of 15-20 mins (optional)


then in breakfast you have to eat 2 eggs or egg white and tea without sugar

then in lunch just eat fresh vegetables salad.

You can add some fruits in vegetable salad.

In dinner 2 eggs 2 dates and one cup tea / boiled chicken.


Diet from Thursday to Saturday


breakfast you have to Brown bread and tea without sugar 

then in lunch  Fruits salad

Evening snacks and green tea add lemon in it.
In dinner low fat yogurt  / chicken soup/ omelette tomatoes or mushrooms  . 

Sunday Diet plan
breakfast you have to fruits and juice / milk low fat

then in Boiled rice / green vegetable salad .

Evening s green tea add lemon in it.
In dinner steam fish  .
