Losing weight in Ramazan needs dedication. You have to d both exercise and keep healthy diet.Attend iftar parties but don't eat too much and unnecessary. you also have to do some exercise after 2 hours of iftar .It's important digest all food properly. Sehri to lose weight in Ramazan.

Sehri must have simple to lose weight in Ramazan. People usually have a bad habit of eating more and more food during the sehri . Well, lets change this habit and eat like casual days, to keep weight in control and to lose it if you are overweight.

To lose more than 8kg weight during holy Ramazan, make sure  you follow each step of this

Sehri diet plan 
to lose weight in Ramazan:



  • Eat one egg white (boiled).
  • Eat simple roti with less oily salan (better dont use oily) or vegetable boiled 
  • If like to take yogurt or drink lassi in sahri to avoid thirst,so then use skimmed milk.
  • Eat fruits as much as you like . (mango apples water melon etc)
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Do not eat oily paratha and avoid other oily stuff too.
  • you can have a cup to tea / Green tea if you like. 
          (use sugar free sugar)

Diet of Iftar to lose weight in Ramazan:

To lose weight in holy month Ramazan, make sure you all follow these steps during the time of aftar:


  • Open the fast with date one or two are enough and drink plain or beverage but avoid soda.
  • Any fresh juice is a better option can have diet coke too.
  • Eat Fruit charts and avoid pakora somasa or any other oily stuff.
  • Say prayers. some walk . And then time for dinner
  • Roasted chicken breast in dinner or  boiled vegetables or salad.
  • Cup to tea / Green tea
  • Don’t add sugar to fluid salad
  • Walk after the Iftar
