Well nobody wants to look fat everyone especially woman want slim tummy so they look great in every dress.   5. Early nights (after 3 hour of dinner)
  6. Exercise often (sit ups)
  7. Early nights
  8. Reduce stress 
  9. Build muscle
  10. Drink Water often 
  11. START NOW
