  • Use vegetable oil in cooking (olive oil is best ) avoid butter,paneer and ghee
  • Avoid potato , white rice  and other food made by refined flour
  • Use skimmed milk only and skimmed milk curd
  • Avoid fried food , potato , chips samosa , kachori , jalebi etc
  • Use daliya, , brown breads, brown rice ,fruits with skin
  • Mix bran into flour if possible
  • Eat fish its very effective
  • Use ginger water
  • Light and early dinner
  • Must walk before sleep at least 15 minutes
  • Drink water as much as you can

We also recommend you some physical ways to reduce your thighs and hips                                            
  • Walk (4 km/day)
  • Use stairs a lot (best exercise to reduce your hips and legs)
  • Practice full exercises daily
